Bonfire night will really go with a bang in Rolleston this year, as the village scout group welcomes an award-winning fireworks company to provide a show for visitors at its annual autumn event.
Rolleston Scout Group will once again join forces with Pyrotex Fireworx for its traditional family bonfire night on Thursday, November 5.
The evening will kick off when the gates open at 5.30pm, and families are invited to bring a guy for judging at 6pm. The bonfire will be lit at 6.30pm, and the ever-popular firework display will begin at 7pm.
Bransto-based Pyrotex Fireworx, which sets displays to music, has won international acclaim for its performances.
The bonfire event will take place at the Scout headquarters in Station Road. Advance tickets cost £5 for adults and £2.50 for children under 14. Children under five go free. Prices on the gate rise to £6 for adults and £3 for children.
Tickets can be purchased from Starbucks News, in Rolleston, and Stretton News, in The Precinct, Stretton.
