Local Tennis League to start at Shobnall Leisure Complex


East Staffordshire Borough Council is working with The Lawn Tennis Association to bring an all new Local Tennis League to Shobnall Leisure Complex.

The aim of the league is to encourage more local residents to take up tennis in an informal and easily accessible format, without the need for memberships or a playing partner.

The new league will give local players the opportunity to organise matches against players of a similar ability at a convenient time.

The tennis courts at Shobnall Leisure Complex were recently refurbished and give local residents a great place to develop their game. The new league starts on Thursday 28th April and anyone aged 18 or over can join by going to
